Monster Junk recently disposed of a pile of garden waste for us and helped us arrange a skip for our rubble. Dan is friendly, reliable and fair. Needed old garden furniture removed and 2 damp sheds that had leaked emptied. Dan was courteous, very helpful and very fast. Found Dan via google search, only one of 6 company's rang to ring me back ( within 15mins) told him the job and he sent txt quote back again within the hour ?. 
Dan followed instructions to the letter (where to find keys ect in vacant property) Dan kept me informed all day as to how the job was going by txt. All furniture arrived in exactly the same condition as it was collected, didn't take chance either with trying to get it upstairs in one, screwdriver out and then re-fitted. 
100% recommend and will use again. Oh and the van is a 2015 very tidy and clean.

We engaged Dan to undertake the removal of an elderly person suffering from dementia from his house to an apartment. Twent.
Years of accumulated rubbish in dirty condition had to be disposed of to the tip and the remaining items to the apartment. It was a condition of the sale of the property that it was left in clean and tidy condition with all contents including carpets and curtains removed. 
The job was carried out over three days to suit the client, the house was left in a clean and tidy state with all items removed. The general state exceeded our expectations and we were entirely satisfied with the service received from Dan Lavin. Additionally, we were kept fully informed of the arrangements. 
Most importantly, the client who as mentioned above was suffering from dementia and had no local relations or support was.
